Fence Repair

Not every fence needs to be replaced. Leaning posts, storm damage, broken boards and sagging gates can often be fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new fence.

  • Leaning or heaved posts reset or replaced
  • Storm and vehicle damage
  • Broken boards, pickets, panels and rails
  • Gate re-hanging, new hinges and latches, broken welds repaired

Common repairs

  • Leaning posts — usually frost heave or rot at the base; we reset or replace the post in concrete.
  • Storm damage — fallen trees and high winds; send us photos to speed things up.
  • Sagging gates — new hinges, bracing or a stronger post.
  • Broken boards or panels — replaced and matched to your fence.

Insurance claims

For storm or vehicle damage, we can provide photos and a written estimate for your insurance company.

Common questions

Should I repair or replace my fence?

If most posts are solid and damage is limited to a few sections, repair usually makes sense. If many posts are rotted or the fence is near the end of its life, replacement is often the better value. We'll tell you honestly.

Can you match my existing fence?

In most cases, yes. We match boards, panels or ironwork as closely as possible; new wood will look brighter until it weathers or is stained.
