Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, phone number, email, address or ZIP code, and project details when you call, text, or fill out a form.
- Phone calls: calls to our business line may be answered by an AI virtual assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can follow up on your request. We tell you this at the start of every call.
- Website usage: we use Google Analytics (loaded through Cloudflare) and Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are visited, how people find us, and which buttons they tap (for example "Call" or "Free Estimate"). Google Analytics uses cookies; IP addresses are shortened before they are sent to Google. We do not use this data for advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule estimates, provide our services, send messages you agreed to receive, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Voice recordings
We do not use call recordings to create voiceprints or to identify anyone by their voice. Recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to serve you and are then deleted.
Text messages (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our SMS Terms.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business (for example website hosting and analytics, phone and messaging, and scheduling), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you can reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
